Our Team
All of the staff at the Grange Pre-school hold Paediatric First Aid Certificates, current Enhanced DBS certificates and have attended Safe Guarding and Prevent Duty Training.
At the Grange Pre-school we adhere to the following adult to child ratios:
2 to 3 year olds – at least one member of staff to every four children at all times
3 to 5 year olds – at least one member of staff to every eight children at all times.
Julia Molyneux
Manager - Designated Safeguarding Officer, DPP Level 3 Qualification
Julia has been at the pre-school since 2000 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the pre-school and enjoys seeing the transformation from when the children start with us to being ready to go to big school.
She enjoys spending her time with her four grown up children and grand-children. Her hobbies are running marathons, dancing and listening to live music.
Angela Oakey
Finance & Administration Officer - Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer – Qualified - Level 3 NVQ
Angela has been working at the pre-school since September 2003. During her sparetime she enjoys shopping with her daughter, watching football with the whole family and training in mixed martial arts with her son.
While at pre-school she is usually at her desk preparing invoices and compiling registers.

Shelley Johnson
Room Leader - Key Person - Qualified to Level 3 NVQ
Shelley joined pre-school in November 2009 after all four of her children had moved on to infant school. In her spare time she loves being with her family and when possible finds time for herself by running.
While at work she enjoys all different activities and loves chatting to the children.
Ann Farrell
Play Worker
Ann has been involved with the pre-school since 1980. She has two grown up children and several grand-children. Ann’s interests include baking delicious cakes, gardening, knitting, watching football and walking.
During her day she likes playing with play dough and enjoys any activity that is messy.
Suraksha Sawant
SENCO Level 3 - Toddler Supervisor - Qualified to Level 3 NVQ
Suraksha started working at the pre-school in 2011 after being a volunteer at Toddler Group for 10 months. She has one daughter and likes socialising and is enthusiastic about participating in the local community.
At work Suraksha enjoys organising fundraising events and dancing and music activities.
Emma Kirby
Key Person - Qualified to Level 3 NVQ
Emma has been working at the pre-school since April 2017. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her two boys and family days out.
While at pre-school she enjoys reading stories to the children and getting messy at the craft table.
Bronwyn Molyneux
Key Person – Qualified to Level 2 NVQ
Bronwyn joined the pre-school in September 2014. She has one daughter and loves spending time with her siblings and their children.
During her day at pre-school Bronwyn loves playing games and creating master-pieces at the craft table.
 Rachel RossboroughKey Person - Qualified to Level 2 NVQ Rachel started at pre-school in September 2014. She has two children and spends most of her spare time with her family and close friends, having BBQ’s and partying.
During her day Rachel enjoys playing the "Bucket Game" as well as being a patient at the doctors with the children.  June CanlinLunch Club Controller – Kitchen Assistant – Certificate in Food and Hygiene June joined pre-school in September 2014. She has 7 children and lots of grand-children with whom she spends most of her free time.
The majority of June’s time is spent preparing snack and organising the lunch club room but given the opportunity to play she will willingly join in with any games and activities the children ask her to.
Amanda Lambert
Key Person - Qualified to Level 3 NVQ
Amanda joined the pre-school in June 2017 and has worked in Early years childcare since 2011. She has two children and spends most of her spare time going out on long walks with them, roller skating and hula-hooping.
Whilst at pre-school Amanda particularly enjoys playing in the garden and imaginary play in the home area.
Rebecca Kieltuczki
Room Leader - Key Person - Qualified to Level 3 NVQ
Rebecca (Becky) joined the pre-school in January 2018. She has three children and enjoys spending quality time with them doing various activities such as gymnastics and swimming.
While at work Becky enjoys messy play and large construction activities with the children.
Carragh Young
Key-worker - NVQ Level 2
Carragh joined the pre-school in September 2022 and has completed her Level 2 NVQ. She enjoys spending time eating out and watching the latest movies at the cinema.
Whilst at pre-school Carragh enjoys painting and story telling with the children.
